The ASTM D-257 Standard is a Standard Test Method for direct current (DC) Resistance or Conductance of Insulating Materials. The bag may be ESD protective if it meets the ESD S11.31-1994, the ESDA standard for evaluating the performance of electrostatic discharge shielding materials, and the manufactures specifications for an ESD protective package.
