I have a question, if the thicknees of an Anti-Static Poly Bag changes from 2.50 to 1.00 the protection or the life is less??

Thinner bag film will not effect the poly bag being low charging, or having a resistance to remove electrostatic charges when grounded.

Thinner bag film would likely effect life, but for the physical bag characteristics, such as durability.

Per Packaging standard ANSI/ESD S541 the third ESD control property is Discharge Shielding which a poly bag does not have. So the poly bag is fine to use inside an ESD protected area, but not for shipping or storing ESD sensitive items outside an ESD protected area.

A shielding bag should be used outside an ESD protected area, one meeting the ANSI/ESD S541 discharge shielding requirement.
